Your Doula is always at your fingertips! From the moment you hire me and deep into your postpartum journey my goal is to be available for support, whatever it looks like. This means you can call or text me at any point of your pregnancy or postpartum to consult on any topic or question you have. This service alone helps to minimize your stress and fears, save you time looking for solutions or resources, or being terrified by things you may find on Google. It helps to get through the tough times and helps us to build our relationship.

This is the time we get together to prepare for your Childbirth and Postpartum.

• Creating your Birth Preference document (emailed to you after the meeting)

• Processing through any fears, worries or past Birth trauma

• Discussing your Childbirth Education plan

Prenatal TWO

• All your questions answered

• Finalizing your Birth Preferences (if anything changed)

• Practicing Labor positions and picking the best ones for you

• Practicing using the Birth Sling

• Planning your Labor Coping Strategies – going through my Doula Bag

• Signs of Labor - Early Labor vs. False Labor and what to do

• Postpartum Planning – making sure you are equipped for a healthy and positive postpartum journey.

• Postpartum Guide is provided for you prior to this appointment

• Talking about all things Baby and preparing you for Confident Parenting

Prenatal THREE – Visit with you Provider

• To get the whole birth team together

• To help you process any sudden changes or diagnoses

• To help you prepare if the way you envisioned Birthing you Baby has to change

• To help you ask important questions

• To help you see your entire team together prior to the Big Day !

As you begin to experience first labor symptoms, your doula is at your service helping you navigate that early labor, just a phone call away. As your labor progresses, I am waiting for your page to join you whenever you are giving Birth to your baby.

Once I join you, I will:

• Set up your Birth Space with pretty lights, music, diffuser, and affirmations

• Provide continuous physical support by helping you navigate the best positions to birth your baby

• Provide emotional support and coach you through the challenging moments

• Help you process any challenges or changes that come your way

• Support your partner supporting you

• Nourish and hydrate you and remind you to use the restroom

• Support your providers supporting you, whatever needed

• Extra set of hands and eyes and advocate for you if needed

• Help provide you with evidence-based information as you make decisions

• Inform your family members of your progress (optional)

• Take beautiful photos and videos to create memories for a lifetime

Birth can be unpredictable and there is no time-limit for my services. I will stay with you until your baby is born and celebrate your big accomplishment!

In an unlikely event of sickness or emergency that will prevent me from joining you in person, my back up doula partner will provide this support at no additional cost for you!

Once your baby is born, I will stay by your side and watch for various ways I can support your family. Here are a couple things that I do:

• Continue to take photos and document these precious moments

• Nourish you with a good meal / snack

• Assist with your first Latch

• Guard your Golden Hour from any extra tasks or distractions

• Help with clean up

When you feel like it is a good time for you to let me go, I gently leave the space and check in on you via the phone or in person.

ONE Postpartum Visit is included in your doula package. For this visit I will come to your home, and we will talk about your Birth, how things have been doing postpartum, your healing, your Baby, family dynamics. I will help you with Lactation, Baby Care or Sleep questions or anything else you are curious about. I will provide references for providers in the area for you and your baby. I will bring a gift for you and your baby. I will walk into your home that day as your Doula and leave it as a Friend!

I will bring my Doula Bag and any other requested items to help you cope and successfully achieve a positive birthing experience. Here are some of the items available for you to use:
